Frequently Asked Questions
Are the apartments furnished?
Our apartments are not furnished, but they do have ovens and fridges.
Do the apartments have laundry hook-ups?
No, but there is an on-site laundry room with two coin-op washers and two coin-op dryers. It is $1.50 washer and 1.00 for the dryer per load.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Water, sewage, and garbage are included in the rent. Tenants pay for electricity and internet.
Can I schedule a tour of an apartment?
Unfortunately, not. Because our building was not originally an apartment complex, each apartment has a different layout. If an apartment is available and you want to take a look, we would be happy to set up a time for you to take a look. Otherwise, the best way to look at the apartments is on the Apartment info tab on this website.
What is the pet policy?
We have a no pet/animal policy. However, we do follow all guidelines set forth by the FHA and ADA, meaning we will look at registered service animals on a case-by-case basis.
Is there a waiting list?
No. Because this is such a small complex with limited availability, we do not keep a waiting list. We post openings on the home page of our website when they become available. Usually, this happens at the beginning of each month, so it is best to check back regularly to see if anything has opened up.
Is subletting allowed?
We don't allow Subletting but termination of contract is allowed on a case-by-case basis. We may approve it in the case of out-of-state internships, new jobs more than 30 minutes away, or the purchase of a house. If approved, termination may have a fee.
What is the average power bill?
Power bills vary depending on individual usage, but our apartments usually range from $25 to $100. Just remember to turn off your lights!
What lengths of contracts are available?
We have 6- or 12-month contracts available. Renewals are available.
What is the deposit for a contract?
We have a $500 deposit for every apartment.
